What is your inquiry?

The company collects following personal information for signup, consultation, service application, etc.

■ Purpose of collection and usage of personal data. The company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes :
– For answering the customers’ inquiries and personal identification
– For future warranty, maintenance and marketing procedures usage
– New services and event information
– JP Solution Inc. promotion and send campaign reminder mail

■ Retention and usage of personal information
The company retains and uses personal information while the member using the service and destroy the information after the personal information collection and usage purposes are achieved.

■ Procedures and methods of destroying personal information
The company destroys the information without delay after the purpose of collecting or using personal information is achieved.
Following is the destruction procedure and method.
– Destruction procedure : Information entered by the members for membership registration is transferred to another database after the purpose has been achieved (in the case of paper, separated documents) and destructed after saved for a certain period with the internal policies and other related statutes. The personal information transferred to the separate database is not used for any other purpose than the case by law.
– Decommission procedures : The personal information stored in the electronic file is deleted using the technical method which is not capable of replaying the record.

■ The privacy providers do not provide users’ personal information externally as a rule. However, following cases are the exceptions :
– Users have agreed in advance
– If it is in accordance with the regulation of law or there is a request from the investigation agency according to the procedures and methods specified in the act

■ The consigned company of collected personal information does not outsource the users’ information to other vendors without users’ consent. If it needs in the future, we will notify users of the details of the entrusted person and business. In case we need, we will ask prior consent.

■ The rights of users and legal representatives and usage methods can be reached in writing, by phone or email without delay.
If you request to correct an error of personal information, the information will not be used or provided until the correction is completed. Also, if incorrect personal information has already been sent to the third party, the correction will be notified to the third party without any delay so that the correction can be made.
The company processes personal information that has been requested to be deleted by the user or legal representative according to the addressed retention and usage period by JP Solution. Also, It cannot be viewed or used for any other purposes.
